FINAL WEEKEND FOR DRUG EXHIBIT

AT MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND DISCOVERY

Drugs: Costs and Consequences open to the public through Monday, January 16th in Ft. Lauderdale

DEA’s traveling museum exhibit Drugs: Costs and Consequences will be open to the public through this Monday, January 16th at the Museum of Science and Discovery in Ft. Lauderdale.
This exhibit displays both a visual and written outlook on the cost of drugs, drugs and the body, drugs and the environment, and breaking the cycle of drug abuse.
The exhibit also highlights the drug history of South Florida from the 1980s to the present opiate crisis crippling communities in Broward, Palm Beach and Dade counties.
Thousands of adolescents and their parents have viewed this exhibit and it is a great way to start a family discussion on the dangers of drug abuse.
