Jharkhand High Court allows

medical termination of pregnancy

for minor rape victim

Earlier, on October 13, the court had directed the authorities at Mahatma Gandhi

Memorial Medical College and Hospital (MGMMCH) of Jamshedpur

to constitute a medical board and give an opinion about the possibility of

termination of pregnancy.
