President Trump Urges Nation to Condemn White Supremacy and Find Bipartisan Solutions

President Trump called out the evil ideologies of white supremacy and racism this week and “urged the nation to condemn it with one voice in the wake of the mass shooting in El Paso, Texas,” Kathryn Watson reports. “These sinister ideologies must be defeated. Hate has no place in America,” the President said from the White House. The President also called upon Congress to find bipartisan common ground to address gun violence.

The White House launched the Pledge to America’s Workers last July, a program that’s “signed on more than 20 companies and business groups, which committed to hire or train more than 3.8 million workers over the next five years.
