Sen. Bernie Sanders appeared to suggest that the next round of Democratic presidential primaries on Tuesday should be postponed. The White House canceled its scheduled annual Easter egg roll. Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams told "Fox & Friends" the United States is at a critical point in the coronavirus crisis: “We have a choice to make as a nation: Do we want to go the direction of South Korea and really be aggressive and lower our mortality rates, or do we want to go the direction of Italy?”
