The inaugural conference, the first in a series, focused on causal evidence on barriers, impacts and policies to advance women’s representation, voice and power. A total of 48 papers were presented across sessions, complemented by keynotes from Matthias Doepke, Rohini Pande, and Amanda Clayton.
