As part of the procurement process, the Municipality will conduct an Early Market Engagement (EME) prior to finalizing the bidding documents. The purpose of this engagement is to gather non-binding technical feedback from the market and ensure that the specifications reflect current industry capabilities and standards. Prospective bidders are invited to review the Draft Bidding Document, which will be available on the Municipality's official website at www.balikesir.bel.tr starting July 27, 2026. Interested parties are encouraged to submit their feedback by completing the designated Feedback Form, also available on the same website, and sending it to itfaiye@balikesir.bel.tr no later than August 10, 2026.
