The event is designed to ensure a balanced dialogue between policy makers, financiers, implementers, technical experts, civil society, and private sector, reflecting the multi-dimensional nature of the housing sector and the need for coordinated action across all levels. Main objectives of the Conference are: 1. Strategic Alignment. Strengthen a shared vision for housing recovery by aligning policy priorities, implementation approaches, and investment decisions across national and local stakeholders. 2. Coordination and Implementation. Enhance coordination among government, municipalities, development partners, IFIs, civil society, academia, and the private sector to improve program alignment, investment planning, and implementation of housing initiatives. 3. New Knowledge Generation and Networking. Facilitate the exchange of lessons learned, innovative practices, and international experience to support evidence-based decision-making and the development of effective solutions for Ukraine's housing recovery, while improving synergies and networking opportunities between the participants and stakeholders.
