Israel, Palestinians trade blame for Gaza hospital strike

The Gaza Health Ministry says at least 500 people have been killed in a blast at Gaza's al-Ahli Hospital. Gazan officials say the explosion was caused by an Israeli airstrike, whereas the Israeli military blames a failed rocket launch by Palestinian Islamic Jihad militants.
