MGNREGA was failing under UPA. It has become more effective under NDA.

In 2014, like the UPA’s corrupt governance model, their version of MGNREGA too ended. Since then, with consistent reform, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has rendered the MGNREGA fundamentally different by making it productive, effective and worker-friendly.
