Two people killed in Iran amid calls for fresh protests
At least four people have now died in the protests against the Islamic Republic's government and a clerical elite who have been in power since a revolution in 1979. The demonstrations began on Thursday and have drawn in tens of thousands of people.
Two people were shot in protests in Iran that represent the boldest challenge to its leadership since pro-reform unrest in 2009 and calls for more demonstrations across the country on Monday raised the possibility of prolonged instability.
