The Boeing 737 Max has been grounded worldwidesince the March 10 crash, which left 157 people, including eight Americans, dead. In October, another Boeing 737 Max operated by Lion Air also crashed, plunging into the sea shortly after takeoff in Indonesia. Officials are investigating whether the same flight-control feature malfunctioned in the October crash of a Boeing 737 Max airliner.
